Stella-Dog the Great Protector...

On her way to protect our bird feeders.
From the birds.
I don't think she gets it.
At all.

But she does a very good job scaring those birds.
Much to my irritation.
(sigh)

  1. Love it....I would love to have her at my house to chase the squirrels away so that the birds can get to the feeder....

  3. Well! I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who gets irritated at this.

Our house guest has 2 dogs. One chases every single bird he can and barks at them.

I have 5 feeders out and consider them MY birds. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Quit scaring away my birds! They are hungry!

  8. Stella is definitely doing her job.

Over Christmas I visited someone who had one of those flat platform feeders. They said their cat will lie on top of the platform as if waiting for a bird to fly in her mouth.

Stella definitely needs a FAcebook page. Gustav just might friend her.

  9. This is a great site you have here. I have a travel blog myself which I hope to be a top resource for vacation destination information.

I'd like to exchange links with you to help spread some traffic around between each other.

Please let me know if this is possible.

  10. What a beauty. Need a squirrel-chaser to go with that bird feeder protector?

  11. We didn't have a bird feeder for forever because I figured it would be cruel, what with the cat and all.

  12. I hesitate each year to put my hummingbird feeder up. My cat has been known to stalk & catch them. Believe me, it's NOT catch-and-release:(

Will we be able to meet Stella in February??? Please?

  13. You need some squirrels. This will take her mind off the birds. We can send you some.

  14. My cats have been after my birds every chance they get today. At least Stella doesn't want to eat them!
