Forsythia. It's
The only thing blooming here,
Besides daffodils.

I love this bloom, the color is so vibrant.
ReplyDeleteThe color is beautiful! This is a really lovely photo. We have so little blooming here in Seattle and it still feels like winter!
ReplyDeleteAnd it's still a beauty!
ReplyDeleteahhhhh soooo beautiful
ReplyDeleteAnnie: That yellow flower is a sure sign of Spring.
ReplyDeleteWanted to stop by and thank you for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteThe forsythia and daffodils just began blooming here too. Forsythia is my signal to prune back the roses and clematis, move or remove the mulch and finish any garden cleanup. It's a really late spring this year. Today the temps won't get above the 40's.

Hang tight - theres more coming!
ReplyDeleteWe have had an outbreak of bloomage in the NW, even with all the cold rain. I'm happy to see it.
ReplyDeleteLove the yellow of the forsythia! Beautiful photo!
Forsythia has always been a favorite, even if it's a little pushy!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot Annie!
We're a bit ahead of you here on spring, but on a long string of gray days. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI found a lone grape hyacinth. Does that count?
ReplyDeleteAnnie. I saw a pink tree somewhere yesterday. I think at Shop Rite. Maybe if you hurry over there, you can get a shot before these gale force winds blow them away. gah
ReplyDeleteForsythia is always first! Shouldn't be long before the pear trees and other follow! Hang in there! That is a lovely photo of them!
ReplyDeleteSuch a beauty! Love the yellow flowers, perfect shot! Have a nice day..
ReplyDeleteOh you need to come here .. the fruit trees are all abloom ... pretty pink/white petals and the magnolias are beginning to bud ...
ReplyDeleteForsythia - absolutely stunning! I love yellow!!

ReplyDeleteWow! Most of our early stuff is over, and yours is just starting. We didn't have a stellar year for blooms though. FABULOUS picture of what you've got!
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, the Bradfords and Red Buds won't be far behind! Now, what can we do about all of the clouds & rain?
ReplyDeleteSpring is coming. Not much spring on the OBX either but we are making due. Miss you my friend and hope you are enjoying your week of R and R.
ReplyDeleteI understand. The hail & wind took away most of ours...
ReplyDeleteAh, but you must have spring air you can breathe and smell the warmth coming. You may not be able to photograph and post it, but there is so much enjoyment in it none the less.
