Rem-Rem's Cherry Tree

This is the cherry tree that has been blooming faithfully each spring for the 30 years we've lived in our home. It's right outside the window of my older daughter Remy's childhood bedroom and she's always considered it her tree!

She asked me the other day if it was blooming this year as she's in Missouri and hasn't been able to see it. Rem, as you can see, your cherry tree is blooming and absolutely gorgeous this year! (Click on the above photo or the photos link to the right to see more cherry tree glory if you're so inclined.) I do believe there'll still be blossoms on it when you arrive this Friday. Can't wait - for you to see your tree, and for me to see you!

  4. Beautiful photo, Ann! I think it's sweet that she thought it was her tree. Sometimes I think that of the dogwood outside our bedroom window.
