State grants. They ROCK!!!

(Obviously there's a LOT I need to learn about community gardening. Tools, wood chips, top soil, wheel barrows, organic fertilizers, you name it, is supplied to us because of a state grant!!! Who-da thunk??)

  11. Are you going to have T-Shirts? That's because MPM's comment made me laugh and then I thought of the above.

I would love to do this. I should check out my area. PUSHING the wheelbarrow is my only ugh....

  15. I've got my own garden plot in my yard. I live in fruit and wine country and have decided I don't need to be a farmer. I've just signed up for weekly farm to table boxes that will give me all the veg, herbs and fruit I will need. My back garden? I'm planting a cutting garden, lots and lots of beautiful flowers. You are going to have so much fun! Enjoy the bounty you will receive from your hard work.

  16. Just stopping by to clarify my comment above. I was joking about the T-shirts! Mama made me laugh with the book idea. I wasn't in any way suggesting you have T-shirts. Seriously. Promise.

Trying to figure out why here....
