My World...My Neighbors

A few days ago, I was out on my bi-annual daily stroll power walk around the part of my world that is my neighborhood when I came upon these...creatures...
I ask you...
Is it any wonder I'm too lazy to scared to stroll power-walk around my neighborhood???

  1. I LOVE those things! A few years back, my son-in-law put one on the big tree in their backyard, and at first I thought I was seeing things! Very cute and funny; they always make me smile.

I love the whole corned beef and cabbage/boiled dinner thing. I'll be coming to your house to join you. HA!

    Happy St. Patrick's Day, Annie.

  4. Scared? You, the intrepid stalker of tombstones? Ha! Now... if you saw one of these in an old cemetery... that's another thing altogether!

    I think they're clever.

Happy St. Paddy's Day to you!

  6. Maybe you can carry a stick with you for protection from the "creatures". Power-walk? I'm good for a slow stroll. Funny photos.

  8. We have *interesting* neighbors like that, which is why I power walk at the Xeriscape park. There's only wild (real) critters there. Hey, it makes me run a bit faster...

  13. Hmmm... I think that would be extra scary at night. Very, EXCELLENT reason to avoid stroll-- uh, power walking!

And yes, corned beef and cabbage here. Accompanied by Irish Soda bread and some minty ice cream dessert!

  15. Right off the bat I thought of MPM. Looks like you have warm and funny neighbors! I would have been laughing too hard to power walk, um, stroll any further.
