A bittersweet day here in our home. Sweet because it's my mom's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY dear mother of mine! I've been nothing but blessed to have you be my very own mom.
Bittersweet because it's the one year anniversary of GB's mom's death. I really can't believe it's a year already! Our Mimi was just a one-of-a-kind glorious gal and is so very missed, but the memories we have of her are just wonderful and though she's not here anymore, she's always in our hearts. 90 years young and a life so very thoroughly lived - we should all be so lucky...
That old circle of life.
